The network I built is using fixed 6KV ceramic disc capacitors. Much advice and help from Gary K9AY and Howard AK9F was used in designing and building this matching network to be used for 160, 80, and 40 meters. Switching is done with 4 dpdt relays from Surplus Sales using an Ameritron coax switch in the shack. 160 meters used 1672 pf, 80 cw used 95 pf, 75 meter lsb used 56 pf and 40 meters also used 95 pf capacitors. Each band tapped on the coil for best swr. All bands tuned right where I wanted them with swr 1-1.
